About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Google Ads Specialist to lead high-budget paid media campaigns across multiple countries.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing, running, and optimizing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to drive measurable growth
  • Manage ad budgets of $100K-$300K+ per month
  • Utilize GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Conversion APIs for performance tracking and optimization
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes
  • Report campaign insights and performance directly to regional leadership

Requirements:

Key Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads
  • Proven track record managing six-figure monthly ad spends
  • Expertise in full-funnel performance marketing and ROAS-driven strategies
  • Experience in FMCG, beverage, or wellness sectors is preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital consumers in Indian and Southeast Asian markets
  • Fluent in English
