Job Title: Digital Growth Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Digital Growth Marketing Specialist to join our organization.

About the Role:
  • This is a key role within our marketing team, responsible for driving growth through performance marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
    • Build full-funnel strategies tailored for Direct-to-Consumer brands.
    • Manage daily budgets, bids, and pacing to ensure efficient delivery and maximize ROI.
  • Conversion & Growth Optimization:
    • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copies, audiences, and landing pages.
    • Optimize ad funnels to reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) and improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
    • Collaborate with UI/UX and product teams to optimize website Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
  • Analytics & Reporting:
    • Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Meta Business Suite, and attribution platforms.
    • Provide weekly and monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights.
    • Forecast spends, CAC, and ROI based on past data and industry benchmarks.
  • Audience & Market Research:
    • Research consumer behavior, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
    • Build and scale lookalike, retargeting, and interest-based audiences.
    • Create customer cohorts and lifecycle campaigns to increase Lifetime Value (LTV).
  • Collaboration & Creative Direction:
    • Work with creative teams to guide ad content.
    • Collaborate with product and sales teams to align campaigns with launches, discounts, and seasonal promotions.
    • Drive innovation by testing new ad formats, platforms, and growth hacks.
