Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist for Growth

We are seeking a skilled digital marketing specialist to help our company scale with sharp, creative, and accountable execution. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and take ownership of paid campaigns.

Scope of Work:
  • Run Meta + Google Ads for growth, brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
  • End-to-end ownership: strategy → campaign setup → optimization → reporting.
  • Manage ad creatives: script ideas, copy, visuals.
  • Weekly reporting with clear KPIs (CAC, CTR, CPL, booking rate).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience working with 0–1 stage startups.
  • Background in D2C / wellness / healthcare / mobile apps.
  • Strong analytical skills (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4, Mixpanel).
  • Creative sensibility: push reel-first, human storytelling ideas.
  • Reliability and responsiveness.
  • A strong interest in mental health or wellness will be beneficial.
