Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls within an organization. This role involves conducting detailed control tests, analyzing observations and gaps, and providing recommendations to enhance control processes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Control Tests: Plan and perform detailed testing of internal controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Analysis: Evaluate the effectiveness of controls and identify any deficiencies or areas for improvement.
  • Documentation: Prepare comprehensive reports documenting test results, findings, and recommendations.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to understand control processes and provide guidance on control improvements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in control testing, internal audit, GRC, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using control testing tools and software.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
