We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst - Financial Control Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data.
About the Role- You will be responsible for monitoring and reviewing financial processes and controls to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements and quality control measures.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators and provide insights to stakeholders.
- You will also assist in the development and implementation of business solutions to meet changing business needs.
- Ensure that all financial data is accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their financial needs and preferences.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and develop recommendations to implement changes.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of business cases and proposals for new projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with financial systems and processes.
- Business Analysis certification (CBAP or CCBA).
- 3+ years of experience in a business analysis or financial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial principles and regulations.
- Ability to analyze complex financial data and develop insights.
