We are seeking a seasoned Procurement and Offer Manager to excel in our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong entrepreneurial mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams.

The successful candidate will oversee the entire procurement process, from qualification to contract award, encompassing value proposition development, solution creation, commercial considerations, partner identification, market analysis, and risk management.

Responsibilities:
  • Undertake pre-sales activities, ensuring proposals and project references are accurately prepared.
  • Anticipate upcoming major RFIs/RFPs and associated risks.
  • Support coordination between Business Units, Technical Direction, and Global Pre-sales, defining action plans.
  • Contribute to new business strategy and development.
  • Prepare documents necessary for procurements.
  • Ensure optimal utilization of group offerings and maximize the value of our proposal.
  • Assist the business manager in coordinating the procurement team.
  • Verify the quality of the proposal and financial documentation prior to review.
  • Store information on the CRM tool.
  • Organize and attend proposal reviews.
  • Perform lessons learned from each CFT.
  • Analyze risks for each procurement and alert relevant stakeholders as needed.
  • Execute transversal activities and capitalize best practices.
  • Extract KPIs from the CRM tool and verify data accuracy.
  • Generate reports for Management, Business Units, Technical Direction, and Pre-Sales Head.
  • Monitor adherence to the procurement process and alert if not respected.
  • Assess the maturity of the procurement process by Business Unit and define action plans.
  • Conduct analysis for each semester to identify main reasons for win/lose.
  • Capitalise best practices, proposals, and templates to enhance win rate and reuse.
