We are seeking an experienced Amazon account management professional to join our team. As an Amazon account manager, you will be responsible for managing Amazon Seller Central operations, creating and optimizing product listings, monitoring account health metrics, and ensuring compliance.
- Manage Amazon Seller Central operations, including listing creation and optimization, order management, and customer service.
- Create and execute advertising campaigns, promotions, and coupons to drive sales and revenue growth.
- Conduct competitor research and keyword analysis to stay ahead of the competition.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in Amazon account management or e-commerce operations.
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and marketplace processes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Amazon Ads and PPC campaigns.
- Familiarity with SEO and marketplace trends.
- Knowledge of e-commerce tools and software.
