Job Summary

The Master Planner will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining project schedules and plans, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and providing analytical support to project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and refine the project's master schedule, incorporating all project phases, milestones, and key activities.
  • Support the Tendering team in preparing the Schedule for the Tender project.
  • Prepare narrative and Critical Path analysis for Schedule.
  • Establish the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to successfully plan and deliver a measured breakdown of Project components, progress measurement, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Collaborate closely with project team, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive integration of individual schedules into the overarching project timeline.
  • Proactively identify potential scheduling risks and work with the project team to devise mitigation strategies.
  • Regularly review and monitor project progress against the master schedule, making necessary adjustments to keep the project on track.
  • Provide timely and accurate progress reports to senior management, highlighting any deviations from the plan and suggesting corrective actions.
  • Ensure efficient allocation and sequencing of resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials, in line with the project's luxury standards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all planning and scheduling queries, ensuring all stakeholders are kept informed of project timelines.
  • Stay updated with the latest planning tools, techniques, and best practices to ensure the project planning approach remains cutting-edge.
  • Mentor, guide, and lead the planning team, fostering a culture of precision and forward-thinking.
  • Monitor critical project milestones, ensuring timely completion and alignment with the broader project timeline.
  • Prepare Planning related Plans and Procedures.
  • Cost Controlling.
