Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Operations Manager to lead our team in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction

Fleet Management:

  • Ensure fleet administration meets company standards

  • Optimize chauffeur-to-fleet ratio for maximum efficiency

Sales & Servicing:

  • Develop new business opportunities and increase sales from existing clients
  • Analyze market information to drive performance and growth
  • Achieve budgeted targets through effective planning and execution
  • Handle major complaints professionally and efficiently

Finances:

  • Prepare annual branch budgets and financial forecasts
  • Monitor fund flows and control expenses effectively
  • Manage receivables and ensure statutory compliance
  • Report financial data to the Corporate office regularly

HR & Administrative:

  • Oversee branch administration for maximum efficiency and productivity
  • Staff Customer Service and Drivers teams with competent professionals
  • Appraise team performance and implement statutory compliance measures
  • Maintain ISO standards for quality management
  • Manage contractual employees effectively

Requirements:

  • System and quality orientation skills
  • Market, industry, and trade knowledge
  • Commercial acumen and decision-making skills
  • Leadership and people management skills
  • Resource control and administration skills

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate / Hotel Management degree
  • MBA in Marketing or Finance

Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years in the trade
  • 5-7 years as a branch head in a reputable car rental company
