Job Summary
  • Create and deliver high-complexity sales force incentive operations support using a structured project management approach with appropriate documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
  • Design and build incentive compensation systems that drive excellent customer service and quality deliverables within the organization.
  • Support in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists that enable excellent quality deliverables across the function. Develop and maintain knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence related trends across various markets.
  • Support team leaders in onboarding new associates within the organization. Participate and contribute in various knowledge sharing sessions that enable growth and improve quality deliverables across the function.
  • Support operational governance with organizational regional and country leadership. Ensure exemplary communication with all stakeholders, including internal associates and clients, through regular updates focusing on accomplishments, key performance indicators (KPIs), best practices, staffing changes, and key events.
  • Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.

Key Requirements:

Education:

A graduate degree in technology or data science related domains is required.

Languages:

Fluency in English is a prerequisite, while knowledge of other in-scope country languages would be an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies or Pharma services domains is required.
  • Should have an understanding of the pharmaceutical business, including its regulatory environment.
  • Strong analytical thinking with problem-solving approach is essential.
  • Should have worked in an international company with exposure to working in cross-cultural environments.
  • Should be customer service-oriented and consultative solution delivery focused.
  • Strong and proactive business results-focus, and proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity.
  • Proven track record of delivering analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data-enabled solutions.
