
Highly Skilled Sales Force Incentive Operations Specialist

Job Overview:
This sales force incentive operations support role involves high complexity tasks using Javelin, requiring strong analytical thinking and problem solving approach.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and deliver high complexity sales force incentive operations support using Javelin as per agreement, ensuring timely, accurate, and quality services with excellent customer service.
- Design and build incentive compensation systems using Javelin, implementing a structured project management approach with proper documentation and communication throughout the delivery of services.
- Support in creating and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists to ensure excellent quality deliverables within the function, as well as developing and maintaining knowledge repositories that capture qualitative and quantitative reports of field excellence trends across various markets.
- Support team leaders in on-boarding new associates within the organization and contribute to various knowledge sharing sessions to enhance growth and improve quality deliverables across the function.
- Ensure operational governance with regional and country leadership, maintaining exemplary communication with all stakeholders through regular updates on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, and key events.
- Comply with all internal functional operating procedures like time tracking, KPI tracking and reporting, and other internal systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate degree in Technology or Data Science related domains.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required, while knowledge of other languages may be advantageous.
- Experience: 0-2 years in analytics-based organizations or pharmaceutical companies or Pharma services domain.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving approach.
- Customer service orientation and consultative solution delivery.
- Proven ability to provide insights that increase productivity and drive business results.
- Proven track record of delivering analytics and insights for field excellence and/or data-enabled solutions.
