Business Analyst

The primary responsibility of this role is to provide high-quality support for sales force incentive operations using Javelin, adhering to agreement requirements. This includes delivering timely, accurate, and excellent customer service.
This position involves designing and building Incentive Compensation systems using Javelin, with a structured project management approach. It also entails supporting the creation and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality checklists to ensure excellent quality deliverables.
Additionally, this role requires participating in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance growth and improve quality deliverables across the function. The position also involves ensuring exemplary communication with all stakeholders, including internal associates and clients, through regular updates on accomplishments, KPIs, best practices, staffing changes, and key events.
Maintaining compliance with internal functional operating procedures, such as time tracking, KPI tracking, and reporting, as well as Sandoz operating procedures, is essential.
