Senior Enterprise Partnership Specialist
About the Role:We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management and growth of key enterprise client relationships.
- Client Portfolio Management: Own and manage a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring strong engagement and successful adoption of solutions.
- Tailored Solutions: Understand client strategies, challenges, and technical environments to deliver tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Strategic Planning: Lead onboarding, executive reviews, and strategic planning sessions to ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Represent the client internally by working closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
- Data-Driven Recommendations: Use data, KPIs, and market insights to provide recommendations and measurable value to clients.
- Growth Opportunities: Identify opportunities for growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expansion.
- Continuous Improvement: Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
- 10+ Years of Experience: 10+ years in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Enterprise Relationship Management: Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships.
- Technical Knowledge: Knowledge of enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and executive-level presentation skills.
- Influence and Trust Building: Proven ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- CRM Systems: Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
