Convergence Leader

We seek an experienced leader to drive the transformation of our wireline and enterprise connectivity business into a future-fit, converged services portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading successful transformations, driving revenue growth, and expanding market share.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a product roadmap for all connectivity services.
• Drive 3X revenue growth and 2X market share expansion in the enterprise segment.
• Enable field force through productized GTM and sales enablement programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enhance time-to-market and service quality.
• Build and coach a high-performance team.

Requirements:

• Domain knowledge in wireline / enterprise connectivity and adjacent technologies.
• Proven success in P&L and business ownership with revenue and margin accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to lead transformation.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with ability to translate technology trends into commercial opportunities.
