Project Director Position

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead our high-end projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that demands strategic oversight, exceptional team management, and the ability to ensure all projects meet the highest standards of quality, budget adherence, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead strategy execution across various phases, including design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement.
  • Proactively address escalations and mitigate project roadblocks, incorporating stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Operations on prioritizing strategic initiatives and enhancing operational processes.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Project & Construction Management, with at least 4-7 years in leading large teams.
  • Proven expertise in operations within Real Estate, Construction sectors.
  • Strong background in cross-functional team leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Familiarity with fast-paced work environments and adeptness in problem-solving and data analysis.
Required Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in financial oversight and risk management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in luxury real estate projects.
