High Salary: Industrial Project Manager

We seek an experienced Architect to spearhead industrial, pharmaceutical, FMCG, automotive, new energy & data centre projects.
- Master planning, layouts, schematic & working drawings, prefabricated building (PEB) works
- BIM/Revit leadership (Level of Detail 100–400), coordination & quality control
- Strong knowledge of national building codes, LEED, statutory codes & sustainable design principles
- Client, vendor & cross-disciplinary team collaboration
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); Revit, SketchUp, Lumion preferred
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in industrial project management and strong leadership skills. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams is crucial for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement master plans for industrial projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
- Lead the development of schematic and working drawings, including PEB works, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with BIM/Revit teams to deliver high-quality designs within the required level of detail (LOD 100-400).
- Oversee the procurement and coordination of materials, equipment, and services from vendors and suppliers.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations, providing regular updates on project progress.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in industrial project management.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
