Industrial Projects Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Architect Discipline Project Lead to drive industrial, pharma, FMCG, automotive and data centre projects forward. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in industrial project management and strong leadership skills.
Main Responsibilities:- Mastery over master planning, layouts, schematic drawings and working drawings including PEB works
- BIM/Revit leadership (LOD 100–400) with focus on coordination and quality control
- In-depth knowledge of NBC, LEED, statutory codes and sustainable design principles
- Effective client, vendor and cross-disciplinary team coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory while Revit, SketchUp and Lumion are preferred
The successful candidate will lead high-profile projects with strategic vision, technical expertise and exceptional communication skills.
About the Role:
This role requires a highly skilled and experienced Architect Discipline Project Lead who can effectively manage and deliver complex projects from start to finish.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 15 years of experience in industrial project management
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and direct teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects within budget and timeline
- Mastery over BIM/Revit software and other related tools
