Job Overview

The Client Onboarding Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless loan documentation and management processes. This includes having a comprehensive understanding of loan documentation and its management, focusing on Loan Against Securities and other funding products.

Key responsibilities include developing a strong understanding of loan documentation and its management, identifying discrepancies, and proposing optimal solutions using a logical and systematic approach.

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field, or a Postgraduate degree in Finance. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) with rich experience in the finance industry is also acceptable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strong understanding of loan documentation and its management for Loan Against Securities and other funding products.
  • Identify discrepancies and propose optimal solutions using a logical and systematic approach.
  • Manage the procurement, execution, and storage of loan documentation, as well as vendor bill checking and payments.
  • Prepare and report key performance indicators through Management Information Systems (MIS).
  • Contribute to the development or update of firm technology operations services methodologies.
  • Supervise and manage staff working on assigned projects and business-as-usual tasks.
