This full-time on-site role for a Monitoring and Evaluation Manager at Sol's ARC in Mumbai involves ensuring effective program operations and monitoring systems, including data management & analysis, and report writing to evaluate and improve project deliverables. The Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to create relevant solutions for several programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop M&E systems aligned with organisational goals
  • Generate timely and accurate information for decision-making
  • Knowledge of qualitative and quantitative monitoring and evaluation methods
  • Develop monitoring and evaluation plans, tools, training materials, reports, and summary forms
  • Synthesise monitoring data into effective presentations of results
  • Guide recommendations on performance improvement based on analysis
  • Create and manage research designs using quantitative or qualitative methodologies
  • Implement relevant sampling strategies for in-house research studies

Requirements:

  • Master's degree/Postgraduate in education, statistics, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in private or public sector organisations, including demonstrated success in research management and monitoring and evaluation of programs

Essential skills & attributes:

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing M&E frameworks in fundraising or development contexts
  • Proficiency in data collection, management, analysis, and visualisation using relevant software tools

The salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include comprehensive health insurance, retirement plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
