
Senior Business Development Associate

This position entails observing an evening shift, commencing at 5 pm and concluding at 2:30 am IST, while adopting a hybrid work model.
The role involves overseeing primary research deliverables to add value to clients globally. Senior Associates acquire a comprehensive understanding of the business model and client base through close coordination with senior team members while executing immediate client needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage and grow client accounts by developing a thorough understanding of their evolving priorities, ensuring seamless project execution, and identifying opportunities to strengthen relationships and expand business.
- Leverage business processes and assist with high-level project execution by identifying and engaging with top-tier professionals capable of providing valuable industry insights.
- Acquire knowledge of compliance policies and procedures to protect the integrity of client engagements.
- Enhance your understanding of client strategies, industry verticals, and value chains to effectively source and vet the most relevant experts for client projects.
- Coordinate and confirm key interactions between clients and network members, ensuring timely and seamless communication.
- Proactively engage with network members to assess their expertise and gauge their fit for client projects.
- Pursue opportunities to expand the network by identifying and recruiting new professionals through strategic lead generation and outreach via various channels.
- Navigate a dynamic work environment efficiently, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Develop a working knowledge of various industries to improve project and service quality.
- Cultivate a deep understanding of diverse industries and sectors through exposure to a wide range of client projects.
- Strengthen analytical thinking, critical reasoning, and innovative problem-solving skills to tackle complex business challenges.
- Mastery transferable business skills, including communication, time management, negotiation, problem-solving, project management, research, and achieving performance targets.
- Collaborate closely with regional and global teams to drive revenue growth and contribute to the organization's broader commercial objectives.
- Mentor and guide associates on best practices.
- Postgraduate or graduate degree from a reputable university.
- 4-6 years of experience in B2B client servicing and business development roles.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills, demonstrated oral, written, and presentation abilities in a business-focused setting using various communication channels.
- Familiarity with corporate, consulting, and financial markets.
- Demonstrated entrepreneurial and leadership skills.
- Experience interacting with senior executives.
- Able to work independently and/or collaboratively in a team.
- Able to prioritize tasks effectively and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to handle increasing responsibility over time.
- Willingsness to work flexible hours as per business needs and client requirements.
- Successful track record of working in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
