Job Title: Business Development Associate

About the Role:

We seek a Business Development Associate to assist in prospecting, market research, and high-volume outreach through calls. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to adapt to changing environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential prospects and new opportunities
  • Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Prospect and build a pipeline for the sales team
  • Nurture initial conversations with prospects
  • Maintain accurate lead/prospect data in CRM tools
  • Collaborate with sales team members to convert leads into opportunities

Learn about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to drive growth.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or tele calling (B2C or B2B)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability and problem-solving abilities
  • Cultural fit and willingness to learn
  • Goal-oriented with a proactive approach
  • Comfortable with high-volume calling and handling rejections positively
