Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Expert to join our team and drive the development of a robust supply base for critical automotive components. This role requires a strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes and materials, combined with excellent supplier management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop suppliers for plating, milling, PCB development, stamping, and molding operations.
  • Ensure supplier capability in handling copper, brass, and copper alloy components with required automotive standards.
  • Drive supplier performance improvement programs covering quality, cost, delivery, innovation, and sustainability.
  • Conduct supplier audits (process, quality system, capability) and follow up on corrective actions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead technical discussions with suppliers and internal teams on material specifications, manufacturing feasibility, and process improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
