Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing supplier relationships, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between global strategies and local operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive operational and tactical support for global supplier relationship initiatives.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and best practices.
  • Support escalations from the helpdesk, addressing user challenges to ensure smooth system operation and user satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough supplier data due diligence reviews and implement appropriate actions based on findings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier information within the Aravo system.

Requirements:

  • Sound written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing and managing multiple high-priority deliverables within stringent timelines.
  • Demonstrated aptitude for navigating complex problems with innovative solutions.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly in data management and revision processes.
  • Advanced competency in Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in Sourcing and Procurement function.
  • Proficiency in Aravo supplier onboarding software.
  • Proficiency in JD, Jaggaer, and Corrigo software systems.
