Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned transaction expert to spearhead strategic partnerships and drive business growth through meticulous financial analysis, deal structuring, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Leadership: Oversee the end-to-end execution of complex transactions, encompassing origination, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, and closing.
  • Client Advisory: Provide strategic counsel to clients on potential partnership opportunities, corporate restructuring, divestitures, and capital raising, ensuring alignment with their long-term objectives.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analysis, including discounted cash flow (DCF), comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses.
  • Deal Structuring: Design transaction structures that meet client objectives while maximizing value. Negotiate terms, pricing, and legal documentation.
  • Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, investors, banks, legal advisors, and other third-party experts.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics, and industry developments to identify new opportunities for clients.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior team members, providing guidance on financial analysis, client presentations, and transaction execution.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other teams (legal, tax, and regulatory) to ensure seamless transaction execution.

Qualifications

  • Education: MBA in Finance
  • Experience: 8-12 years of experience in investment banking, M&A advisory, or private equity raises, with a strong track record of deal advisory experience.
