Job Title

Center Manager - Learning Center

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our learning center, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include:

  • Performance Evaluation: Establish performance metrics and conduct regular performance evaluations to enhance team sales skills.
  • Sales Process Improvement: Continuously improve the sales process by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing streamlined approaches for greater efficiency.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Oversee the management of customer relationships to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conversion Maximization: Maximize the conversion of leads to enrollments.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute local marketing campaigns and promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
  • Data Analysis: Generate regular reports on sales performance, enrollment data, and other key metrics, providing insights to senior management for strategic decision-making.
  • Policy Adherence: Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements within the center sales operations.
  • Content Development: Understand the content development process, work with educational content across all levels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior faculty, freelancers, and global industry leaders.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop strategies closely with franchisees and instructors to drive learner outcomes and referrals.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure franchise adherence to brand standards, policies, and compliance while acting as the bridge between franchise partner and internal team.
