Banquet Operations Manager

As a key member of the events team, you will be responsible for leading and directing banquet operations to ensure seamless execution of high-profile events.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and direct staff to achieve excellent service standards and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement effective mitigation strategies to prevent accidents and minimize liability.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to enhance event experiences and increase revenue opportunities.

  • Analyze performance data and implement process improvements to drive growth and profitability.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in banqueting or related field, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and vendors.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
