Job Title: Executive Home Painting Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled executive to lead our home painting services team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, business development, and quality control.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home painting services department. This includes managing teams, developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality painting services to clients.
  • Develop and implement SOPs for painting projects to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing marketing and sales strategies tailored to the home painting services market.
  • Closely monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, service delivery, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Ensure all painting services are carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving painting service business and operations.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing SOPs for service-based businesses.
  • Strong business acumen with experience driving sales, revenue, and profitability.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
  • Solid knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
