Job Description: Marketing AssociateRole Overview:

We're seeking a motivated Marketing Associate to support our growth and marketing efforts. As part of our Brand and Marketing team, you'll play a vital role in contributing to our overall success. Your tasks will include conducting market research, analyzing consumer behavior data, creating reports on marketing metrics, assisting in promotional events, and coordinating advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
  2. Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g., traffic, conversion rates)Create detailed reports on marketing and sales metricsAssist in organizing promotional events and campaignsCoordinate with the Creative and Content teams to create advertising materialsMaintain organized records of growth, marketing metrics, and campaign resultsMonitor industry trends and best practices in marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and improvementTrack and analyze key metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize performanceHandle daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree; up to 2 years of experienceStrong analytical and logical thinking skills to interpret data and derive valuable insightsCreative thinker with a passion for driving results and exceeding goalsComfortable working with numbers and proficient in data analysis tools like Excel, Google Analytics, or similar softwareFamiliarity with Google and Meta platforms would be advantageousAbility to quickly adapt to changing marketing trends and technological advancementsHigh attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data management and reportingStrong collaborative skills and a positive attitude to work effectively in a team environmentOpen to continuous learning and development in the field of marketing
Location and Compensation:
