Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Professional to join our team as a Growth Initiatives leader. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving the organic growth of our company through strategic digital marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across SEO, Social Media, Email, and Content Marketing channels.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence based on these metrics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support lead generation campaigns and analyze content effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, especially in B2B lead generation.
  • Strong grasp on conversion funnel optimization and analytics.
  • Proven experience in content strategy, with a focus on heavy research-driven content creation.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools (GA 4).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
