Job Title: Customer Support Representative

A key role for an emerging EdTech business, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarded candidates, ensuring they understand the program elements, and mentoring them to achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding all candidates in your batch and getting them acquainted with different program elements;
  • Understanding the expectations of all candidates from the program and mentoring them to help them achieve their goals;
  • Keeping all candidates updated about the latest in the program via phone, email, chat;
  • Analyzing performance of candidates on different program elements and proposing interventions to improve lagging metrics;
  • Maintaining a database of the entire history of expectations, interactions & growth of every candidate;
  • Providing lagging candidates with regular feedback and motivation to help them succeed;
  • Managing preparation of candidates for placement activities to ensure maximum offers;
  • Acting as the eyes and ear for the program team to keep the feedback flowing and helping with iterative improvement of satisfaction levels from the program;
  • Resolving day-to-day queries from learners and ensuring SLAs are met. The ideal candidate should be competent to handle multiple learners and help them identify their key strengths.

Skill Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills;
  • High customer-centricity, understanding student expectations and supporting them to achieve their goals; Ability to approach any situation with patience and empathy;
  • Good problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to manage clear internal communication to drive student success;
  • Decent proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) is mandatory.
