About the Role
">Sales Responsibilities:

- Support sales teams in lead generation and follow-ups to drive business growth.">
- Deliver client presentations and pitches, including sales closing and customer onboarding, to ensure successful project completion.">
- Maintain up-to-date CRM records and documentation to track sales performance.">
- Prepare sales MIS and management review presentations to provide insights into sales trends.">
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the real estate industry.">
- Expand the customer base through calling and referrals to increase sales revenue.">
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners to strengthen sales networks.">
Marketing Responsibilities
">Assist in campaign planning and execution to promote residential/commercial projects effectively.
">Coordinate with various agencies for social media marketing and content creation to enhance brand visibility.
">Update marketing materials, including brochures and website content, to reflect the company's latest offerings.
">Organize events, exhibitions, and open houses to showcase properties and attract potential customers.
">Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you should have:

- A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate.">
- Mandatory 3 years of experience in real estate.">
- Excellent communication (English & Hindi/Gujarati) and negotiation skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.">
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.">
- Knowledge of numbers in the real estate market to make informed decisions.">
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and basic regulations to navigate the industry effectively.">
- Eager to learn and grow, presentable and confident, results-driven and target-oriented, strong networking and interpersonal skills, and adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment.">
- A salary of ₹20,00,000 - ₹30,00,000 per annum (dependent on experience)">
