Role & Responsibilities
  • Assist clients in purchasing life insurance products tailored to their needs.
  • Maintain high levels of responsiveness with prospects throughout the sales process.
  • Navigate complex sales cycles with major insurers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Liaise with partner insurers to develop and enhance product offerings, manage daily operations related to policy booking, placement, and post-sales services.
Requirements
  • 0-3 years of sales experience in a fast-growing environment.
  • Ability to execute credible and articulate face-to-face, phone, and email conversations.
  • Presentation skills to effectively pitch complex ideas and products.
  • Capacity to work under tight targets and timelines.
  • Eagerness to learn and a challenger mindset to collaborate at multiple levels with different partners.
  • Experience working with insur-tech or financial services spaces is a plus.
