We seek a detail-oriented Billing & Claims Specialist with dental insurance experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit dental insurance claims accurately and in a timely manner.
- Post insurance and patient payments in practice management systems.
- Follow up on unpaid or denied claims to ensure resolution.
- Communicate with dental offices, insurance companies, and patients as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient and practice information.
Qualifications:
- Experience in dental billing and insurance claims is required.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are necessary.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Intermediate English skills (verbal and written).
