Job Title: Yard Operations Coordinator

The Yard Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of yard and warehouse activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely filing of reports, including statutory and operational documents.
  • MIS Reporting: Prepare regular reports on yard status, manpower, and cost utilization to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Vendor Coordination: Monitor service schedules, maintain attendance and shift rosters, and coordinate with HR and finance for vendor payments and manpower billing.
  • Communication: Share daily yard status updates with stakeholders, assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes of meetings (MOMs), and tracking action items.
Administrative Control:
  • Office Supplies and Infrastructure: Oversee office supplies, PPE inventory, and yard consumables to ensure adequate stock levels.
  • IT Systems and Stationery: Maintain IT systems, printers, and stationery to ensure seamless operational performance.
  • PL Tracking: Support project management by maintaining cost records and budget utilization reports.
