What we do Refrigerated Containers Reefers We offer portable cold storage solutions maintaining temperatures from -25C to 25C for industries like pharmaceuticals food and floriculture Warehousing Our facilities in Kolkata and Bhubaneswar provide secure storage with modern features like mobile pallet racking advanced WMS software and temperature control systems Dry Containers Our durable dry containers provide secure and weather-resistant storage or transport solutions for non-temperature-sensitive goods across various industries ISO Tanks Safe and efficient transport and storage solutions for chemicals and other specialized goods Transportation Services Reliable and timely delivery of goods ensuring your supply chain operates smoothly Inventory Coordinator Position Title Inventory Coordinator Location Refrigerated Container Yard Panvel Job Overview The Inventory Coordinator will manage the inventory of refrigerated containers and spare parts ensuring accuracy and efficiency in inventory control processes The ideal candidate will have experience in the container field knowledge of reefer container spare parts and effective communication skills in English Key Responsibilities Inventory Management Oversee the inventory of refrigerated containers and spare parts Maintain accurate records of inventory levels Conduct regular inventory audits Spare Parts Knowledge Thorough understanding of reefer container spare parts Ensure proper storage and availability of spare parts Container Management Manage the receipt storage and dispatch of containers and materials Track and log all containers accurately Data Entry and Reporting Enter inventory data into the inventory management system Generate and analyze inventory reports Provide insights based on data analysis Communication and Coordination Communicate effectively with team members suppliers and other stakeholders Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth inventory operations Be prepared to travel locally as needed Compliance and Safety Ensure all activities comply with company policies and safety regulations Promote a safe working environment Key Result Areas KRAs Maintain high accuracy in inventory records Ensure timely receipt storage and dispatch of containers and spare parts Provide accurate and timely inventory reports Optimize inventory levels to reduce costs and avoid stock outs or overstock situations Key Performance Indicators KPIs Inventory Accuracy Rate Maintain an accuracy rate of 98 or higher Turnaround Time Process containers and spare parts within 24 hours of receipt Audit Discrepancy Rate Achieve less than 2 discrepancy rate during audits Reporting Timeliness Submit all required reports by the deadlines Cost Savings Implement measures to achieve a minimum 5 reduction in inventory related costs annually Qualifications and Skills Experience Minimum 2-3 years in inventory management within the container field Specific experience with refrigerated containers and spare parts is preferred Language Skills Ability to speak write and understand English Technical Skills Proficiency in inventory management software and MS Office Suite Strong organizational and data entry skills Interpersonal Skills Excellent communication and coordination skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mobility Willingness to travel locally as required Deliverables Accurate and up-to-date inventory records Timely and comprehensive inventory reports Efficient management of spare parts and containers Effective communication and coordination with stakeholders Compliance with safety and inventory management standards
