About Us M s ATMS Co LLP is a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Thane Maharashtra With over a decade of professional excellence we specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions in Audit Assurance Taxation Accounting Regulatory Compliance We are committed to delivering value-driven advisory services that support long-term business growth and compliance for our clients across sectors Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant with 3-4 years of accounting experience and hands-on knowledge of Zoho Inventory The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations ensuring accuracy in financial records inventory tracking and supporting financial planning processes You should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in using accounting software especially Zoho Inventory Requirement Job Title Accountant Location Thane wagle Estate Experience Required 3 - 4 Years Employment Type Full-Time Key Responsibilities Maintain and update financial records in compliance with company policies and accounting standards Process accounts payable and receivable transactions Manage and reconcile bank statements ledgers and account balances Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Oversee inventory accounting processes to ensure accurate valuation and reporting of stock levels Monitor inventory transactions and perform stock reconciliations using Zoho Inventory Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate inventory movement and reporting Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations Maintain compliance with tax regulations and file GST TDS returns as required Generate and analyze reports from Zoho Inventory to support business decision-making Requirements Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 3-4 years of professional accounting experience Proven experience with Zoho Inventory and Zoho Books is a must Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting tools Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of other Zoho applications ZOHO Book Inventory Certification in accounting e g CA Inter CPA CMA is an advantage but not mandatory Interested Candidate can sent their Resume on talent atmsco in or can WhatsApp on 7700067147 Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
