Job Title Inventory Staff Inventory Executive Department Stores Warehouse Accounts Reports To Inventory Manager Store In-Charge Accounts Head Job Summary The Inventory Staff is responsible for monitoring maintaining and managing stock levels ensuring accuracy in inventory records and supporting smooth operations in the warehouse store The role involves performing regular stock checks recording transactions reconciling discrepancies and coordinating with procurement and accounts teams for efficient inventory control Key Responsibilities Handle day-to-day e-commerce billing and invoicing accurately Manage stock entries updates and inventory tracking in our accounting software Reconcile online sales across multiple platforms Amazon Flipkart website etc Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure real-time stock accuracy Generate reports related to billing sales and inventory Ensure GST compliance and basic bookkeeping Requirements Prior experience in e-commerce billing and stock management Proficiency in e g Tally Busy Zoho Marg etc Strong understanding of inventory flow invoicing and accounts reconciliation Knowledge of GST e-way bills and online marketplace operations is a plus Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Job Type Full-time Pay 18 000 00 - 25 000 00 per month Language English Preferred Work Location In person
