About US M s ATMS Co LLP is a leading Chartered Accountancy firm based in Thane Maharashtra With over a decade of professional excellence we specialize in delivering comprehensive solutions in Audit Assurance Taxation Accounting Regulatory Compliance We are committed to delivering value-driven advisory services that support long-term business growth and compliance for our clients across sectors Job Summary We are looking for a skilled Accountant with 3-4 years of professional experience and working knowledge of Zoho CRM The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting operations while supporting sales and customer data management through Zoho CRM to ensure accurate financial tracking and seamless integration between accounting and sales teams Requirement Location - Thane Wagle estate Experience - 3-4 years Qualification - B COM M COM BAF MBA Finance Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate financial records including accounts payable and receivable Reconcile bank statements ledgers and financial reports Collaborate with the sales team to align financial data with customer information in Zoho CRM Monitor and track sales transactions invoicing and collections using Zoho CRM data Generate financial and sales reports for management review Assist in budgeting forecasting and financial analysis Support audit activities by providing relevant documentation and reports Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of returns Utilize Zoho CRM to maintain customer billing and payment records Required Skills Bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance or related field 3-4 years of accounting experience Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM for managing customer and sales data Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software Good analytical skills and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills Preferred Experience with other Zoho apps Zoho Books Zoho Inventory is a plus Professional certification CA Inter CPA CMA is an advantage Interested Candidate can send their resume on talent atmsco in or can send on whatsapp on 7700067147 Job Type Full-time Pay 35 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund
