Senior Blue-Collar Workforce Manager

We're seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to manage and engage our large-scale workforce.
About the Role:
The ideal candidate will oversee attendance, attrition & engagement for our blue-collar workforce.
Main Responsibilities:
- Workforce Operations Management: Manage workforce operations including attendance, attrition, and employee engagement.
- Employee Experience and Grievances: Drive employee experience and handle grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Support recruitment, onboarding, and exit processes ensuring seamless transitions.
- Payroll and Incentives: Address payroll and incentive queries efficiently.
- Reporting and Insights: Share reports and insights with stakeholders to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will possess:
- Graduate/Postgraduate Degree in Human Resource Management.
- 2-6 Years of Experience in blue-collar manpower management.
- Strong Communication Skills, both English and regional language proficiency.
- Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
