Workforce Management Director

We are seeking a strategic Workforce Management Director to lead our global workforce management team. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.

About the Role

The Workforce Management Director is responsible for developing and implementing workforce management strategies that align with business objectives. You will analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs, collaborate with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans, and lead a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement workforce management strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing needs and ensure alignment with client requirements and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate with senior management and clients to create long-term workforce plans supporting business growth and scalability.
  • Lead and develop a team of workforce analysts and Business Intelligence analysts.
  • Discuss volume and headcount planning with clients and workforce metrics.
  • Forecast staffing requirements based on historical data and predictive analytics.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, encouraging innovation in workforce management practices.
  • Ensure efficient scheduling of staff to meet forecasted demand while optimizing labor costs and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Implement and maintain workforce management tools and software.
  • Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust staffing plans as needed.
  • Coordinate intra-day staffing adjustments and address service level deviations.
  • Develop comprehensive workforce management reports and dashboards.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize workforce performance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for workforce management-related matters.
