We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as an Access Manager.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to oversee user access management across multiple applications. As an Access Manager, you will be responsible for managing entry and exit workflows of users, maintaining an updated user access list, and optimizing licensing costs. You will also be responsible for adding, inviting, or removing users using a defined flow in all applications, creating groups, tags, teamspaces, etc., as needed.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage user access requests and ensure timely revocation of access
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date user access lists
  • Optimize licensing costs by streamlining access workflows
  • Create and manage user groups, tags, and teamspaces

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field
  • Familiarity with IAM (Identity and Access Management) and user provisioning concepts
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure for managing user permissions
  • Ability to work with automation tools and scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or SQL
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Notion, and other enterprise applications for managing access workflows
