Role Description
This is a full-time role for an IVF Consultant Doctor/Specialist at IVF Access in Bangalore. The IVF Consultant is required to provide the highest quality IVF treatment and procedures to patients and clinical oversight for center, and to provide clinical attention given to the patients and, assuring that the service is provided in the best possible condition.
Qualifications
The IVF Consultant will have a Clinical Degree in Fertility (super specialty Fellowship or M. Ch/D. M) with experience in IVF Clinical processes and a treatment logbook.
Detailed Clinical Duties
- To carry out all clinical duties relating to New Patient Management, Infertility Assessment and EMR recording
- To be competent with Stimulation protocols, procedures for performing Ovum Pickup (OPU) and Embryo transfer (Fresh and Frozen)
- To provide Procedure & Financial Counselling - Counsel the patients and the accompanying family members about the benefits and risks of IVF (IVF or any other investigation, treatment as advised) transparently to enable the conversion of appropriate cases
- To provide clinical treatment including Medication Administration (with nursing team), IP oversight and monitoring along with IVF Lab Team, as per the existing Patient SOPs, Clinical & Infection Management Protocols
- To oversee management of quality parameters for patients and monitor controls and reporting mechanisms regarding clinical outcomes in collaboration with Center Ops
- To keep track of the patients' progress and keep the referring OB-GYN Specialists informed at periodic intervals
- To ensure compliance on Medico legal documentation related to clinical work
