Identity Access Management Specialist Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Identity Access Management Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will play a key part in ensuring that authorized personnel have the right level of access to company systems, data, and applications.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan, Implement, and Manage IAM Initiatives: Develop and execute strategies for identity and access management, aligning with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • User Account Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls, maintaining accurate records and enforcing security policies.
  • Security Incident Detection and Response: Monitor activity logs to identify potential security incidents, collaborating closely with the Regional IAM Team to contain and mitigate risks.
  • Collaboration with CISO: Work closely with the Chief Information Security Officer to ensure the IAM program meets business needs, complies with laws and regulations, and maintains industry-recognized standards.
  • Training and Development: Create and maintain training materials related to identity and access management, promoting awareness and adherence to security protocols among employees.
  • Staying Up-to-Date: Stay informed about the latest industry developments, trends, and best practices in identity and access management.
  • User Lifecycle Management: Oversee the user identity lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and periodic reviews, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing security risks.
