We are seeking an experienced Freelance Access Control Specialist to join our team of experts.

As a key member of our security operations team, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing access control policies that safeguard sensitive business and customer data across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in authorization platforms, data governance, and compliance frameworks. They should also have hands-on experience with CRM platforms and cloud data platforms.

This role involves working closely with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing, implementing, and configuring authorization policies to enforce fine-grained data access controls.
  • Integrating access control solutions with CRM platforms, cloud data warehouses, APIs, reporting tools, and AI/ML models.
  • Supporting the rollout of region- and country-specific access rules, ensuring compliance with data protection requirements.
  • Collaborating with data, engineering, and business stakeholders to refine access policies and ensure alignment with governance standards.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven experience with authorization platforms (e.g., policy-based access control solutions).
  • Strong background in data governance, access management, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and cloud data platforms (e.g., Snowflake).
  • Understanding of enterprise integrations (APIs, applications, notification systems, and reporting pipelines).

Responsibilities will involve:

  • Working in Agile delivery environments using tools such as JIRA Cloud and Align for project tracking and planning.
  • Contributing to upcoming integration initiatives across supply chain, commerce, and customer-facing applications.
