The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth transition experience for individuals and their families moving to a new city or country.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing dedicated support to clients, serving as their primary point of contact during the relocation process.
  • Conducting needs assessments to understand client requirements regarding housing, schooling, healthcare, transportation, and lifestyle preferences.
  • Delivering city orientation tours covering neighborhoods, amenities, safety, cultural insights, and lifestyle options to help clients familiarize themselves with their new surroundings.
  • Assisting clients in finding suitable properties, liaising with landlords or brokers, and supporting lease negotiations.
  • Guiding clients on schooling options (international, local) and coordinating school visits to ensure a seamless education experience.
  • Offering settling-in support by assisting with utilities setup, bank accounts, registrations, mobile connections, healthcare facilities, and other essential services.
  • Addressing queries, challenges, and emergencies that may arise during the relocation process with empathy and efficiency.
  • Sharing insights about local culture, norms, transportation, shopping, and daily living to help clients adapt to their new environment.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
  • Maintaining accurate records, preparing status updates, and ensuring compliance with company processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Hospitality, Business Administration, Sociology, or related fields.
  • Previous experience in relocation services, hospitality, customer service, or real estate is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the area, including neighborhoods, schools, healthcare, transport, and lifestyle.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with empathy and cultural sensitivity.
  • Ability to problem-solve and multitask effectively.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools; tech-savvy.
  • Fluency in English (local language proficiency is an advantage).
