We are seeking a seasoned Public Sector Business Process Consultant to join our team. As a key member, you will lead SAP implementation and development projects for Public Sector customers.
About the Role
As a Public Sector Business Process Consultant / Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, designing, realizing, and supporting Go-Lives of Public Sector solutions
- Analyzing and defining business requirements, processes, and objectives to scope project deliverables
- Supporting feasibility studies and process design reviews, detailed planning of process implementation, blueprinting for development requirements
- Implementing, customizing, and testing solutions on client systems and developing client-specific enhancements to meet business requirements
- Providing trusted advisory services to address business challenges for our Public Sector customers
- Helping customers adopt SAP best practices, optimize their processes, and implement optimized processes
- Experience in driving and supporting solutioning for RFPs
Key Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A minimum 5+ years of consulting experience
- Minimum 2-3 full cycle SAP Implementation of Public Sector Solutions like City Planning, Social Services, Real Estate Management related to Public Sector
- Working knowledge and experience of Contract Accounting of any SAP Industry-specific FI-CA application like Utilities, Telco, Banking, Insurance or SAP BRIM / Hybris Billing
Location and Work Environment
This role is based in Bengaluru, with occasional travel expected. Our company culture is focused on helping employees enable innovation by building breakthroughs together.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹22 lakhs - ₹28 lakhs per annum, depending on experience. You will also enjoy benefits such as health insurance, flexible working models, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
