Job Overview

As a Construction Management Trainee, you will play a pivotal role in managing the sales pipeline and building an order book for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales pipelines from identified projects and leads to create an order pipeline for all allocated key accounts
  • Collaborate closely with application subsidiaries and channel partners to jointly secure business opportunities
  • Achieve sales targets (value, product, and segment-wise) for assigned geographies or customers
  • Identify key accounts and influencer networks within those accounts
  • Classify accounts based on relationship criteria
  • Engage with influencers for contract jobs and purchase organizations for supply opportunities
  • Collect feedback from stakeholders of owned accounts and draw insights, tracking competition activities and sharing information with RMs

Candidates from the NICMR 2024 batch are eligible. The selected candidate will be hired as a trainee for six months and posted anywhere in India after completion of the training period.
