Job Description

As a Lead Data Strategist, you'll play a critical role in shaping our data analytics capabilities. You'll lead a team of talented professionals, collaborating with business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and innovation across our logistics and supply chain functions.

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models and tools to inform business decisions.
  • Own the end-to-end supply planning cycle, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adequate capacity and resources for our fulfillment centers.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or strategic analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in e-commerce, supply chain, and logistics.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional analytics projects that drive measurable business impact.
  • Deep expertise in SQL, BigQuery, and modern data analytics tools.
  • Proficiency in data visualization platforms.
