As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of customer-centric marketing strategies that drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Measure and analyze channel performance to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, brand, and supply chain, to drive business strategies and ensure alignment across all functions.
  • Develop and manage annual activity calendars, ensuring timely execution of marketing activities and compliance with budget and schedule requirements.
  • Evaluate the performance of point-of-sale activities and recommend improvements to drive business growth.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including brand teams, sales teams, KAM teams, supply chain teams, and finance teams, to drive overall business strategies.
  • Qualification & Experience:

  • MBA or equivalent from an institute of repute.
  • 4-6 years of experience in modern trade, preferably in FMCG.
