Job Title: Expert in Commercial Banking Solutions

Primary Responsibilities:
  • nCino Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience on nCino platform and domain knowledge in commercial lending.
  • Execute Salesforce/nCino implementation projects, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and post-live support.
  • Lead a team of technical experts to achieve status quo.
  • Identify Technical Risks and Limitations in advance and work on addressing them.
  • Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements, suggest design changes, communicate daily status, and report.
  • Define systems strategy, develop system requirements, designing, prototyping, and testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation.
  • Ensure quality project delivery of engagements led by self.
  • Excellent communication skills and prior experience of interacting independently with global stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of general project management principles.
Required Skills/Experience:
  • 12-15 years overall Salesforce experience, with at least 8-10 years in the nCino platform.
  • Salesforce development and design skills, including Apex, Lightning, SOQL, Process Builder, Flow, and other standard and advanced Salesforce automation tools.
  • Completion of several CRM/ERP integration and extension projects in development and lead technical roles.
  • Ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate business processes across disparate systems.
  • Hands-on experience implementing nCino managed package at other financial institutions.
  • Implementation expertise with nCino modules: Relationship Management, Loan/Opportunity Management, Credit Memo, Covenant, Collateral, etc.
